TAPI application for Cisco Callmanager Express for Caller ID on computer screen

Does anyone know of a TAPI based program that will display caller-id on the computer screen using Cisco Callmanager Express 3.3 with Cisco 7940 IP phones?

The client wants caller ID to pop-up on the computer screen when calls are coming in.  Cisco has a application called TSPLite 1.3.  Unless I'm setting it up wrong, this programs only gives you the ability to dial your contacts in Outlook outbound and doesn't display anything on the screen for inbound calls.

you'll probably need to use Cisco Customer Contact Center software if you want to go cisco,  unless you are a Pro with TCL scripts...

I'm sure the contact center software is way out of the budget and I'm not a pro with TCL scripts.

I found some software called IdentaPop Pro.  Here's the website:

IdentaPop Pro works just fine with CallManager and CME.

Cisco has a TAPI Light application that works well with CME, and it's FREE from Cisco.

I installed IdentaPop pro and it works great if someone calls in directly on the DID.  If someone calls the operator and she transfers them to an extension IdentaPop shows the extension number.  This is probably a new question, but I wonder if there is a way to make Callmanager express display the outside number on a transfer so that the user can see the actual number coming in instead of the number of the extension that is transferring the call to them?

Passing the outside number from the call attendant probably is a server configuration setting as I have seen it done with other systems (often passed just seconds after the auto attendant's extension). I believe IdentaPop has an ignore auto attendant setting but you will need the followup CID from the outside to be forwarded.
