CiscoTSP installation successful, but cannot make phone calls from outlook

Recently installed ciscotsp on several users to allow them to use outlook contacts to make phone calls.  The installation went fine, but now I am getting "call cannot be completed as dialed".  Everything looks correct, but I would like to know what I am missing here, please.Start Free Trial
