Detailed explanation of these QoS settings on 3750 please?

Hi,
I need a detailed explanation of what these QoS settings are (see below) on my 3750 switch.  the reason I need such a detailed answer is that I need to configure a trunk link on a HP 2650 procurve switch to mathc the QoS settings of the cisco switch  - and I don not fully undertsand wehat the cisco switch is telling me/configured as.
