I need a QoS Router for VoIP

I have a VoIP business in Philadelphia and I have been using a custom QoS router for the past few years for my clients which have worked great.  The problem is my supplier is back ordered 4 weeks and I need about 10 in the next week!!  

Can someone recommend a product that will do the following...
The device has 3 Ethernet ports total, 1 for the incoming WAN connection which then splits the connection into 2 NATed subnets with traffic shaping.

Any ideas??
