Users Cant Dial a New range of mobile numbers from Cisco VOIP - Call Manager

Staff have changed phone numbers and for some reason they cant dial them from the office phones.  They all begin with 075.
07527 127000 is an example of one such number to belong to a membed of staff.

They are based on the cisco call manager system.
