We are currently at the cusp of VoIP communications within the organization. I had submitted a question in regards to linking to older (much older) analog pbx systems and the solutions given via GRBlades and TVman OD and they worked. We were able to tie two older PBx's via 2 2821's and 2 VWIC-1MFT's and some ios help. The powers that be want to go full on with this scenario but my suggestion is a complete overhaul of said network/phone equipment. I have written a business proposal and also sent out RFP's to reseller agencies and am pretty much sold on the cisco product and the leasing options they have. We have isolated a need and now would like to reap a saving (obviously over time) because we are a non-for-profit. I have a few questions before we pursue.
I know there is a great deal involved in said planning. I have a count of all handsets, roster of employees and all fax/dialup lines also accounted for. We have the following infrastructure but will upgrading said mpls infrastructure to improve and allow said VoIP traffic to travers along with out data traffic.

We will be upgrading site 1 to cater to 6 1.54mpbs links equating to 9mbps via a 2821 series (max ram/flash, ent ios for VoIP) and support the 6 links via 3 VWIC-2MFT-T1=. Each of the two links on each card supporting one of the multi-link interface links via the following:

We will also be upgrading the outer sites (Site 3-6, Site 2 was already upgraded to a two link 3.0 mbps mutli-link interface) to 3.0mbps multi-link interfaces.
First Question - is regarding the Calls out to the PSTN. A standard T1 can only support (correct me if I'm wrong) 24 simultaneous calls. This is not enough. We would like to link all sites to site 1 (site 1 is where the Cisco Unity/Call Manager server will be housed). On our worste day (within the past 8 months of phone loggin) via all our sites and with the average call estimation we need to support a minimum of 50 - 57 simultaneous calls. A standard PSTN T1/PRI can not support said external call volume. What solution can we implement in order to remedy said need?
