Configure Cisco switch port for Avaya IP Phone

I have a Cisco Cat 6509 with PoE ports. I'm connecting Avaya 4620 IP phones and need to know how to configure the switch ports. PC's will be connected to the 4620's as well.

Voice VLAN = 2
Port (native) VLAN = 1

Do you know of someone who has achieved that configuration? A Avaya IP Phone on a Cisco Switch?

The only thing you can do between those to "platforms" is to link two switches for Load-balancing or for one to be the backup system of the other.
No way to connect Avaya IP Phones or any other consoles with Cisco switches.

We connect 4620's and other phones to our Cisco gear all the time

on 6513:

 switchport trunk native vlan 201
 switchport voice vlan 118
 spanning-tree portfast

on 3560's:

interface FastEthernet0/16
 switchport voice vlan 2
 speed 100
 duplex full
 mls qos trust cos
 spanning-tree portfast

I'm sure we could simplify the config on the 6513 a bit, but the phones come up w/ no issues and work properly.  We attach pc's to the secondary port...

Yeah, that "Accepted" comment is completely false.

The proper Cisco config would be:
interface g1/2
switchport
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport trunk native vlan 1
switchport trunk allowed vlan 1-2
switchport mode trunk
service-policy input <<Your QoS policy>>

This makes the phones use VLAN 2 when you configure the VLAN tag id and all other traffic on the port (the PC) will use VLAN 1.  The service-policy line is optional but it is the line that configs QoS on the switch.
