Hi There,
I had a look and couldn't see anything that actually would allow me to change it.
I reset the phones but that didn't do anything.

Browse All TopicsThe time on our Cisco Phones are out by approx 13 mins and I need to resolve this.
Can anyone tell me if this is possible from the web frontend?
Softphones are okay as they take the time from the pc's.
Thanks in advance
George

is the phone ntp reference an internal, or an external souce? if it is an internal source and you can go to that device, and change the time. so if the ntp reference is your switch at 10.1.1.10, connect to the switch at 10.1.1.10 and change the time on the switch. Then the phones will contact 10.1.1.10 for the time, and it will get the correct time. Your ntp reference needs to be correct for the phones to have the correct time.
Assuming you are running a windows based version of callmanager.
This is not possible from the web front end. You need to log into your callmanager either locally or via RDP. Either change the time in the lower right corner, or set your server to query against an NTP server. Once you change the time, phones will have to be restarted in callmanager to see the new time update.
To set the time to sync with an ntp server:
click start, run. Services.msc
find the Windows Time Service (w32time) and change it to start automatically and click start.
close out of the services window.
open a dos prompt.
start, run, cmd
type:
net time /setsntp:time.windows.com
net time /querysntp
net stop w32time
net start w32time
change the time.windows.com to your local or favorite time server. If you are using multiple callmanagers, make sure you sync them all up the same and restart the phones.

change the time in the phone ntp reference. So if the phone ntp reference is your switch, update the time there, and it should resolve your issue.
