How to enable ccmuser webpage on CCM 5.1

Hi guys,

I've successfully installed a CCM cluster for 1400 IP phones for 4 locations.
However, I have an issue what I cannot solve.
The end user would like to change their personal settings via the ccmuser GUI http://callmanagerip/ccmuser.
When I access this link i got the response that the access to the page is denied and I don't see a field to fill the username and password.

Please can somebody inform me what to do to enable this feature. I thought this was enable by default.
I believe this have something to do with roles en usergroups (permissions) in CCM5.1

IP Phone service is working and not in relation to the question. Therefor I've modified the question.

Problem was solution was 2 fold.
1. You can not have open in IE 7 both the https://callmanager-ipaddress:/ccmadmin page and https://callmanager-ipaddress/ccmuser in the same browser.
Close de administrator page and the ccmuser phone option gui will be visible.
2. Secondly before the end user can login with their credentials the user should be added in UserGroup- Standard CCM End Users via "Add end users to Group"

After this is done, the end user can login with their credentials and should see their personal telephone information.
