How to check PRI line is down from telecom side or not?

Tags: Cisco, CCME, 3845, ISDN PRI Line connected
Hi,

I have  a PRI line connected to Cisco CCME 3845 router and now all my incoming and outgoing lines through PRI is not working. When i check with telecom company they said everything fine from their end and they will send a technician. But i want to make sure everything is fine from the router? How can i check that PRI line is working fine or not by doing telnet to the router.
I did a show controller e1 command and please see below the result for the same. My knowledge is not that great on this side.
