We have a Cisco UC500 device that has been setup for voice only. Out of the box, this product (acting as DHCP server) will give out a VLAN100(10.1.1.0/24) for voice and VLAN1(192.168.10.0/24) for data. We initially used this strictly for voice only and we kept it separate from our existing data network. (10.2.1.0/24)
Our Data network consists of a Cisco ASA 5505 connected to a 48 port switch. The ASA is acting as a DHCP server for our data network of 10.2.1.0/24.

What I am trying to accomplish is the combine the two systems into one network. I have changed the data VLAN1 of UC500 from the default (192.168.10.0/24) to 10.2.1.0/24. I have also changed the inside VLAN1 IP of the UC500 from 192.168.10.1 to 10.2.1.50. I have also disabled the data DHCP from the UC500 device because the ASA is the current DHCP server for the data VLAN1. I connected an FE port on the UC500 to a port on my Linksys switch and from my pc (that is connected to the Linksys switch), I can ping the UC500's inside IP of 10.2.1.50.

Eventually, I want to use a single switch for both data & voice. This means that the Cisco 48port POE switch should be to carry both VLANs and also route between them. My question is, is this ok to have the UC500 act as a DHCP server for voice and ASA as a DHCP server for data? What should be the voice VLAN100's gateway? What about data VLAN1's gateway? What is my next step?
