Cisco IP phone - using ethernet port question

Using Cisco IP 7940 phone for voice and IP.  Have a group of users were network access is locking/freezing their desktops.  In order to get them back up, it requires the phone to be power cycled.  Any ideas on where to look to resolve this issue?Start Free Trial
