my cisco call manager express is trunked with an asterisk server, i want to route the outbound call coming from the asterisk server (called number with the 00216 prefix) via my cisco call manager express to isdn link , how can i configure my ccme to do it

As long as you have a dial-peer on the CME router that sends calls with the 00216 prefix out the ISDN link, the CME should route the call. Maybe something like this:

dial-peer voice 1 pots
description ----------------> PRI Local Calling
destination-pattern 00216
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
port 0/1/0:23
