Have the DNS server IP addresses changed? The way Callmanager works, you specify a hostname and it needs to be able to resolve itself through a DNS server. Try the following commands:
To change DNS servers from the command line:
set network dns primary <Primary DNS IP>
set network dns secondary <secondary dns IP>
To change the DNS Domain:
Set network domain <name>
To Change the hostname:
Set network hostname <name>

I read a few things that mention this should be on a windows box which would be no problem except ours are the cisco appliance versions.
