Question
Compatible Wireless Headsets for Cisco IP Communictor
I have a user that has started using the Cisco IP Communicator v 2.0.1.1. He is looking for a Bluetooth headset to connect to his PC that is compatible with it. He has tried a USB corded headset but doesn't like it. I opened a TAC case with Cisco and they sent me the following link. I looked at all the vendor sites on this link but there were not any that provided a lot of information or compatibilty listings for the IP Communicator.

Is anyone currently using a wireless headset in conjunction with the IP Communicator product.

I have installed a call center that every one uses CIPC and we have the Jabra GN9330 blue tooth headsets. The have a range of 300ft and they seem to work quite well. We bought them from here. We had a couple that the battery wouldnt charge correctly and hello direct took care of them with no problems! They also have a GN9350 version that you can hook to your CIPC via usb and also hook it to a desk phone if you like. The GN9330 only connect using the USB.
