With the UC520, you have an option for setting up user notifications of voice mail. One of the notification choices is an email address. If you enable the feature and set it up on a per-user basis, you can send a .wav file of the voice mail to the designated email address. It doesn't have to be exchange email, it can be any email.
User get's an email with an attached .wav file and can listen to it anywhere.
