Currently when I place an incoming call I get a dial tone and if I dial an internal extension I can get the IP phone to ring. However, I want the incoming call to go directly to an IP phone.
I have one 7940 and two CIPC phones. My MagicJack is plugged into my FXO port. I am currently able to dial out to outside phone numbers.

wtalleyee's solutions worked. Thanks for the solution. Now I would like to send incoming calls to one of my IP phones without using PLAR. I added the direct-inward-dial on my dial-peer (dial-peer 1). Now instead of getting a dial tone when call manager handles the incoming call the phone just keeps ringing. Am I missing something else, do I have to configure my ephone with the same number as my PSTN number?
Unfortunately, because you're using a POTS analog line, you won't be able to do it without using PLAR. Reason being is the telco is just sending the call to the line without any inbound digits like it would on a D.I.D. line or an ISDN PRI circuit. Since the telco isn't sending inbound digits, you have to define them on the analog port using the connection plar command. Only alternative would be to order D.I.D. lines and numbers from the telco and add an FXS/DID card to the router to support the new lines.

I can't tell from the two attachments which of the two FXO ports your magikjack is connected to so add the following command under both voice-ports (note this will send calls to the extension for the receptionist):
connection plar opx 1003
To send it to customer service, add:
connection plar opx 1004
Remember to 'write mem'.
Hope that helps.
