The current provider we are using isn't reliable and has uptime problems. I would also need to be able to transfer my existing number to the new service. Any suggestions on a good provider?
Thank you

I use a company called http://www.axvoice.com they allow number porting and price is very low, but I'm not too crazy about it. I would recommend broadvioce The support BYOD is http://www.broadvoice.com and number porting.

My brother lives in Illinois and uses callcentric. He is very happy with their service and has been using them for well over 2 years. They provide various features including voicemail to email.
One word of advice - the Aastra 9133i is not the best choice as your IP phone because it doesn't have STUN support (at least it didn't last time I looked) so you are likely to have a few problems with NAT traversal.
