That is not scalable and also does not support other distribution algorithms. I have multiple hunt groups and all are not broadcast.
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsI am running Cisco CallManager 6.1. I setup a few hunt lists to ring groups of people in our operations department.
Pilot: 1799 - Broadcast Distribution Algorithm
User A: 1796
User B: 1797
Everything works great but I would like a user to know what number the call came in on so they know how to answer the phone.
1799 - Group A
1800 - Group B
So a caller calls 1799 and User A answers the call, "Thank you for calling group A."
Is this possible? How do I configure it?

you can solve it by creating 2 DNs on your phones one for group A and the other for group B.
