Hello Experts,
One of my clients is looking into saving money over their current telephone setup. They currently are using an antiquated in house analog system and may not be willing to put up money for new physical phones. Currently they are using Verizon and have 9 lines running into the building. I am not that experienced with phone systems, but they have still asked me to basically audit what they currently use and suggest a better more cost efficient solution if there is one.
They currently pay roughly $650 a month for 9 lines with Verizon. It's not VOIP, although one company mentioned an analog<>VOIP converter could be installed if they wished to keep the old phones but go with a different carrier service.
Any advice on companies that could save me money that are known to be reliable is welcome. For reference the clients zip code is "19064".
