begin of conversation gets lost

I have asterisk installed on a Fritz!Box Fon 7170. The box is connectet to a telephone system.
A sip-account is configured on the box. With a wireless thelephone i make and recieve the calls.

Now i have the problem that, if i´m calling someone i can´t hear what the other person is saying in the first few seconds. After several seconds i can hear it. I can´t hear the beginning of the conversation, its really confusing.

Does anybody konw this problem or how to fix it?
