We are a company of roughly 100 employees. We use Cisco Call manager and Cisco IP phones. We're connected via MPLS. We'd like to integrate video conferencing. There will likely be only a few participants at any one time. What is a feasible, affective way to do video conferencing?
One option we are considering is MeetingPlace express and getting web cams. I had heard there is also a Cisco phone with built in video? What is recommended for a conference room? What are the bandwidth requirements (i.e. how many KB/S)?
We're looking to deploy this quickly so any insight you have would be helpful.
