No outside calls possible with Cisco Unified Video Advantage Software

Dears,

we have a problem with the Cisco Unified Video Advantage.
We have a running Cisco VoIP enviroment. Now I tried the CUVA. And it works fine.
BUT, when the CUVA is on, I don't have the possibillity to place an outside call.
Internal the phone works fine. If I close the CUVA the outside call is working.
Do you have any suggestion?
