Skype Security on a corporate network

Being tasked with looking into implementing Skype on a large global corporate network.
Its a 2003 Network with XP clients and vista.

I have the skype adm file provided by skype and have imported it into Group Policy and Im testing this now.

However I would like to know when I read all these posts on the web about skype security issues and internal users leaking confidential data what are peoples top security issues with skype and why.
Please dont post replies with links to websites on this subject as I can find them myself easy enough,
I would ideally like to hear from people who have implemented Skype in their corporate enviroment and what they have done to protect the network as much as possible.Start Free Trial
