Trouble passing caller ID from trixbox

I've got a trixbox 2.6 CE installation. Everything is working fine, however, no caller id is being passed during outbound calls. Every time a call is made the caller id shows a number that is apparently the number of voip provider we are using. I've put the caller id in every extension and on the trunk. It is just not passing. My provider is cogent.
