The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. When you provide your feedback, each rating is adjusted accordingly. So, if you see a solution that has a poor rating that you think is a good solution, let us know by rating it. As you do, the rating will be adjusted and will become more accurate for other members of our site.

If you have any suggestions that you would like to make for our rating system, please ask a question in the Suggestions Zone of Community Support.

Thank you!

How to configure redundancy with voice and vpn

Asked by pawanopensource in Network Routers, Virtual Private Networking (VPN), Voice Over IP, Networking

Tags: How to configure redundancy with voice and vpn

I have cisco 2821 in my organization and two ISP( A and B ) A terminates on serial interface (S0) and B on gigabyte  (Gi0/0)interface. VPN and  Internet is on ISP A i.e (S0) and Voice goes to ISP B. i.e  (Gi0/0)
Is it possible to create VPN on 2nd ISP which terminates on gigabyte interface. So that in case if any ISP goes down its traffic automatically route to other ISP and Vice versa ie If  ISP A is down VPN + Internet traffic divert to ISP B which have voice traffic and If ISP B is down Voice traffic goes to ISP A.

1  Internet + VPN is on (S0)

2  Voice On (Gi0/0)

WHAT I WANT

1  When S0 goes down all traffic should go through (Gi0/0) i.e (VPN + Inetrnet )
2-   when  (Gi0/0) is down all traffic should go through (S0) i.e (Voice)
3-   Used Default route (ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 exit interface)
4-  2821 series I.O.S version  c2800nm-advsecurityk9-mz.124-24.T1
