Music on hold  PBX Meridian Option 11

Hello

I was told that the music on hold has been configured on my system, but it does not work.

I need to check what port is configured for the music on hold (I was told it is TN 3-7) I saw in the docs, that LD 16 has a music on hold option but I don't know how to use it. What is the syntax of the command?

I also need to know how to change it , if I need to test on another port.

I am wondering if the port is still good and if I am connecting the music source correctly. I am connecting the audio output of a PC to play mp3s.

Anybody know if it's supposed to work. Is there a problem with the impedence (600 ohms needed). Do I need some kind of tranformer?

Someone is telling me that I need a transformer to change the impedence, but someone else is telling me that it should work without a transformer

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you
