NORTEL, PBX, OPTION 11, fowarding calls to cell phone

Hello,

I have a option 11 pbx and i want to be able to foward calls from my extension to my cell phone. Is this possible, If so can you tell me how.

Is it also possible to create a hop so that if my phone rings 4 times the call is then transfered to my cell phone. How do i do this
