HyperTerminal to Capture Panasonic PBX CDR

Greeting,
I have a digital Panasonic PBX. I want to use HyperTerminal to collect the billing data from the Switch. I have connected the switch to the Computer via Serial port on COM2 and then started the Hyperterminal capture, however, I got a garbage results!!. I tried to change the baud rate to different rates like (300,400,1200,9600) without any success. Any idea to solve this?Start Free Trial
