Home Networking - DSL Splitter Positioning/modifying

House is being built
I wired every room w/ Networking and Tele myself
I am in my access panel with the following ques

VIEW SCEMATICS at www.swickedweb.com/dsl

Without spending money on unnecessary products
Can I
Bring master telephone into a terminal strip (Red, Yel, Grn, Black)
And then cut head off a DSL filter and wire to terminal strip.
From DSL filter (phone side) to Phone Punch/distribution board
Then to my phones throughout the house

Then
OPTION1
Id wire (Red, Yel, Grn, Black) from term strip to an RJ11 Head and plug into my DSL modem then to my router

OPTION2
Use DSL Spilter Filter (DSL Side) and go right to DSL modem then Router
