Phone wires are missing....

Hello experts,

We have a small problem in our company's extension building. For a stupid reson our contractor did not wired phone lines in the building. Now, we have an ethernet plug and electric plug in each office. We need at least one phone line for each office, though. I was thinking about finding a contractor to do wiring for the phone lines but before that maybe there might be efficient and less expesive solution for this problem. All comments are appriciated.
