| With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating. - The Grade of the Solution
- The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
- The Number of Author and Expert Comments
- The Number of Experts Contributing
- The Feedback of the Community
Your Input Matters Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. I switched a customer from having ATT phones lines and a DSL line over to Cbeyonds mixed T1. I am not a phone guy so I called a buddy of mine to come out and hook their old PBX into the analog outputs from Cbeyond. So all seems fine right? Wrong.
Now that we are a few weeks into this deal, they are starting to get complaints from their clients that they are getting a this line is no longer in service message. The strange thing is that it is a select few people from either here in Dallas or even around the country. The one thing that is constant is, if they get the message the first time, they will always get the message.
So this does not sound like a phone issue, my phone guy says its not their pbx. I call Cbeyond and they tell me it has nothing to do with them. Who do I call?
