I need some help getting incoming calls that are coming into our PBX and normally routed to an auto attendant to temporarily be sent to the actual Operator's phone extension and not the attendant on the Intuity Audix system, so I can do an Update on the Audix system. I'm guessing I need to change something on the trunk settings to direct it to a different extension instead of the attendant. Currently a hunt group is set up with the 6186 extension which is the auto attendant extension. What's the easiest way to accomplish this? Thank you
