I'm using cisco call manager. I have 1800 numbers that I have to temp pass off to other 1800 numbers. I set up a cti route point and it works fine. Here is the problem. These 1800 numbers see what the area code is and route the call accordingly. The 1800 number I'm passing the call to see's MY local area code and passes all the calls to the local group.
Example: you call from New York but get routed to a store in Dallas (they are supposed to get a store local to them).
So, I need to pass the callers number information to the 1800 and not mine. How do I do this?
