PRI Trunk on with Cisco 2800 Integrated Services Router

I am working on setting up a VoIP solution for my company, and i have most of the details figured out and have a solid idea of what we want.  I would like to go with the 2851 cisco Router and an ISDN PRI trunk.  What im not sure about is how i actually setup the PRI.  I know that i will have 24 tip and ring lines coming in from the telco: 23 B channels and 1 D channel.  What i dont know is how i connect the PRI to the Router, physically speaking.  Going from 24 pairs - 49 wires, I believe they have to be multiplexed into one cable to come into the RJ-48 on the T1/E1/ISDN PRI cisco module.  But what equipment do i need to do the multiplexing, I have had very little luck finding this out.  If anyone could assist me with this it would be greatly appreciated.
