Currently the MAS (Mitel Application Suite) which is being used for voicemail is producing a WAV file which is 32Kps when being sent via email. I want to change this to 64Kps so it will play on a Portable device. A 64Kps WAV file works fine on Windows Mobile Media Player but 32Kps does not. Now rather than me buying 20 copies of a good bit of software that will play 32Kps I want to know if you can change the bitrate @ source!
