Call Manager Extension Dialing
Does anyone know how to configure Call Manager so that when you dial the main number, you don't need to dial a # sign first and then press the extension number. We want to be able to just dial the extension number directly.

This is Call Manager. It is when you call the main number. We want users to dial the extension directly and not have to press # first.

Ok, I don't much info yet except that when I call the main number, it says to dial # if you don't the extension. So the call handler might be the voice gateway, where the DID number first hits the voice gateway and then it routes to the Call Manager?
I have seen where you can the auto attendant would say that if you know the extension of the party that you are calling, to dial it at anytime and don' t need to press the #, and then it says to enter your party extension. Want to get rid of the # option and just to be able to enter the extension at anytime during the main greeting.

Don't need this for now.
Do you mean dialing #XXXX from an IP Phone, where XXXX is another internal extension?
