Windows Me ( With Microsoft Family Login )
in windows me ( with microsoft family login ) at home. i want all user must use win me after typing their password. no one can use or login windows me by pressing Esc Button or cancel login..

The advice given above is your best option. Win9x was NEVER meant to be a secure operating system - it was meant for home users whom don't have the need for security. Think about upgrading to WinXP, or follow the outstanding tips offered above.

To disable the default user in WinME, 98 or 95 see the following article.

Disable Cancel button on Logon box (Win95/98)
If your Win95/98 Computer is used in a multiple user environt (see above) you can restrict the computer useage for just authorized users by disabling the Cancel button in the Login box. Follow these steps:
Go to the Start button=>Run, type in regedit and press OK.
Locate the directory HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Network
Right-click in the right window pane and select New=>DWORD Value and name it MustBeValidated . Make the value 1 (one).
Exit the Registry Editor and restart your computer.
The Cancel button is now disabled. To re-enable the Cancel button delete the MustBeValidated name in that you created in step 3.

I m using windows me - and i configure Microsoft Family Network where our famil members user are created.
Now i want to know, " How to disable "CANCEL" button at login prompt ?
i dont want to login using "Cancel" or "Esc" button.
