Establish Trust between NT SBS and Win2003
Hi All,
Here's my question. I'm trying to establish a trust between an NT Small Business Server (that is the domain controller for it's domain) and a new Windows 2003 Server (the domain controller for a 2nd, new domain in a new forest). At the NT end whenever I go to add a trust I get the error message:
Access is denied.
I have gone through the following article step-by-step and made the changes as needed, but to no avail:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;325874
The error occurs on the NT machine when I try to add either a trusting or a trusted domain. Maybe there's something different w/ my situation since it's NT SBS????
I can establish the trust on the 2003 machine, but it doesn't verify.
Name resolution is ok. Can ping and browse (w/ appropriate username/pw)
Thanks for all your help!
