Windows Police Pro

I got this nasty bug somehow and it disabled my desktop completey. It is now just a blue screen, but if I hit Control-Alt-Delete I get the taask manager up. I ran CCleaener and the combo fix and when it rebooted me back I can now via taks manager run any of my programs but my desktop is still gone, Any ideas how I can get this thing back to normal??
