Can I map to a shared drive which is on different domain?

Asked by changjia in Internet Protocols, Domain Name Service (DNS), WINS

Hi Experts:

I have a Windows 2000 server which is in a workgroup. I want to map to a shared drive on a server that is in a domain. I can ping the shared drive server IP from the Win 2000 server, however, when I try to map to it, I received error' network path can't be found".
Any idea?
