Browse All TopicsHi guys,
I have been playing around with the Windows NT 4 policy editor. I can successfully configure policies such as hiding the start button etc.. however i am particularly keen to experiement with creating policies for desktop icons. In custom policies there is a desktop icons option and I have a folder in profiles called desktop. Do i specify what i icons i wish to appear in that folder and if so what will be the path to that folder that i need to specify in the policy editor.
Kind Regards,
Nick

Drag and drop the icons to this folder.
The path should be relative to wherever NTCONFIG.POL is.
I put icons I want on everyone's desktop in the All Users \ Desktop directory and enable this option.
