Switching b/w Servers and Users

Hello,

I have four seperate hubs, two x 24 and two x 12 giving me 70 ports. I have lots of collision packets happening.

Whats the best way for me to incorporate switching technology or other means to help this out.

My network is approx 80 users with a ISDN 128K connection to the internet through a Cisco 760 Router. I have 3 lotus Notes Servers and 3 NT servers, giving me six servers in all. I'd like to seperate my users into three different groups (Sales, Finance & Developers) and my servers into a seperate group again. Giving me four different groups.

Some of my servers have multiple Network Cards and I was wondering if I could incorporate that into the solution.

I have plenty of money in the budget and my users have a mixture of 10Mb and 100mb NIC's. My servers all have 100Mb capable NICS.

My existing HUBS are 10/100 autosensing.

I'm looking for a solutions where if one group can't overly influence other groups through flooding the network.
