W2K Svr - Can't add 2nd Domain Controller

Using Active Dir Serv Wizard I can't add second W2K Svr to existing Domain as another Domain Controller.I have a W2K Svr on small LAN that is using Act Dir Srvcs. Both Svrs have latest srvpacks and patches, are on same subnet, can ping each other by name and IP and are on same Domain. I installed W2K Svr on a new PC and added it to the Domain. When I try to run Act Dir Wiz on it it returns error stating the specified Dom isn't an Act Dir Serv Dom or the existing Act Dir Svc Dom Ctrl can't be found.In explorer on each Svr you can see the Dom and both Svrs listed.From the Dom Ctrlr u can expand the new svr and see its shares.On the new Svr u can see the existing Dom Ctrl but when u try to expand it it gives error that it can't be accessed because no logon svrs are available to service the logon request.
