Copying user profiles using a login script

I have a Windows Network using various server OS's, but all workstations are Windows XP Pro.  We are about to change our domain name to a new one, and I would like to copy the local (not roaming) user profile from the old domain to the new one using a login script.  I know how to do it locally in windows but I don't want to have to sit down at every PC we have.  Something like "copy <OLDDOMAIN\%username% profile> to <NEWDOMAIN\%username% profile>.  These are not roaming profiles, by the way, they are local.
