Cannot access NAS from domain controller

Hi ,
I have setup a readyNAS NV+ in my company, it accesses well from most computer, but it cannot access from Domain Controller.
I have tried \\computername and \\ipaddress, both of the do not work
how can I resolve it?

the domain controller access all other computers in domain by \\name or \\ip works well
all other computers in domain access NAS by \\name or \\ip works well

the domain controller ping the name or ip of readyNAS works well
when I open the \\name of readnas at explorer I get the error message, open with \\ip is same
windows cannot find \\name check the spelling and try again.

when I try "net use z: \\name\share /user:username"
I can get the password prompt , but I get this error after the password entered:
System error 59 has occurred
An unexpected network error has occurred
