Im setting up a DR server with DFS replication.
I need the Administrators profile to be the same path as the server im copying from or it will delete the admin profile on the DR server.

It's certainly possible, but why would you need to change it?
Do NOT, never, ever, rely on a user's profile being in "C:\Documents and settings\%username%".
If you want to access the profile folder in a script, use %Userprofile%, which always points to the correct profile path.
