Hello plz help
In my laptop, when I try to open any .exe file i got Open with screen. All the programs icon on my desktop is not recognizable, I have windows vista, and I install Nod32 AV, it does not start automatically, when I try to start it manually I gives me same things open with screen . It seam I cant open any .exe file
Even if I try to run the command dxdiag it give my error c:\windows\system32\dxdiag

Possibly caused by malware or viruses, have you tried other scanners like MalwareBytes?
Also try fixing .exe file association

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop, check for the tool's Updates before running a scan. If it doesn't run then redownload and rename before saving to your desktop.

That sounds suspiciously like malware. Vista itself opens .exe files just fine. I would try another antivirus tool just to see, but this is a fairly basic issue and it might be faster and easier over the longer term just to to reinstall Vista and your applications (back off your data first).
