I believe that if you remote into the computer using the /admin (click start go to run, then type MSTSC /ADMIN then click okay) and it acts just like you were at the machine (this is of course for windows xp or later) and then you could remove the printer from her machine or remove the port that it prints to. Hope this helps out.
