The machine having ip, aaa.bbb.130.12 cannot see aaa.bbb.33.16 by typing \\aaa.bbb.33.16 in his run. Why?

Hi there;

I have machine having ip, aaa.bbb.130.12 and cannot see aaa.bbb.25.16 by typing \\aaa.bbb.25.16 in run. Both machines are referring same DNS server ip, the subnet mask is same for both of them, only gateway differs. How could they interact each other by typing \\ip address?
